How Consulting Works

1. Schedule Your Consultation

A consultation is $100 and includes up to one hour with Ted.
This meeting can be used to review your ideas, assess feasibility, and answer your questions.

2. Bring Your Project Questions

Clients typically use this time to:

  • Review layout ideas

  • Discuss zoning or code concerns

  • Evaluate a remodel or addition plan

  • Get clarity on structural feasibility

  • Understand next steps for design or permitting

You can bring sketches, site information, photos, or previous plans if available.

3. Receive Clear Guidance

By the end of your consultation, you’ll have:

  • A realistic understanding of your options

  • Professional insight into challenges or requirements

  • Direction on whether a project is feasible

  • Next steps tailored to your goals

  • An opportunity to proceed with a full design estimate if desired

There is no obligation to move forward with design services after your consultation, though many clients do once they understand what’s involved.
